TERMS OF SERVICE
Your use of the products and/or services on the Portal (hereinafter referred to as "Services") currently offered or to be offered in future by Taprummy, its subsidiaries, affiliates, licensors, associates and partners (hereinafter referred as "Taprummy") through the Portal( which comprises of Taprummy (hereinafter referred as "Website" or "Websites") and the Taprummy and apps (hereinafter referred as "App" or "Apps"), are subject to the terms of service, privacy policy, etc, including the sub parts of these parts on the website and application (as the case may be) (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms"). It is your responsibility to understand and comply with the Terms. You agree that Services offered on the Portal can be accessed only in accordance with the Terms and you shall be responsible to comply with the Terms at all times. This Terms, published by Taprummy and periodically amended or modified, are responsible for ensuring you understand them and agree to abide by them. This Terms of Service Privacy Policy applies to anyone who utilizes the Portal or any of its features, including participation in contests, games ("Game") ("Amusement Facilities"), and is referred to as a "User" or "you" or "your".
The validity and enforceability of the remaining Terms won't be affected if any of the Terms are deemed invalid, unenforceable or unlawful for any reason by any judicial or quasi-judicial body in India. We will not waive our right to act regarding any breach by you of any of the Terms, or any prior, concurrent, subsequent or similar breach by you, just because we fail or delay to act. On a Portal, we may organize games, events, competitions, or tournaments. The terms and conditions of those games, events, competitions, or tournaments shall apply.
Taprummy offers online rummy games which are also linked in our partner website(s) and mobile application(s) (collectively referred to as the "Portal") ( Taprummy referred to herein as " Taprummy " or "we" or "us" or "our"). As per changes made to the Telangana State Gaming Act 1974, online games of skill for prizes has been banned in the State of Telangana. In compliance with these changes, we have made changes to our services and have stopped offering online games for prizes in Telangana. In addition to this we also do not offer our services in the states of Andhra Pradesh, Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Kerala, Meghalaya, Nagaland, Odisha, Sikkim, Tamil Nadu, Telangana and West Bengal.
Any legal or penal consequences arising from the use of the Service for playing Games in a jurisdiction where the Games are prohibited shall be your responsibility, and any associated account will be forfeited.
APPLICABILITY AND LEGALITY

USER REPRESENTATIONS

You understand that you are responsible for protecting the information you provide on the website. We will not ask you to enter the user account login password that you entered only when you logged in. At no other time should you provide your user account information to any other user. In this case, we will send you an email to inform you about the next steps of user account verification. We may also require proof of identity and proof of address from time to time. After receiving the appropriate files, we will try our best to enable your user account as soon as possible. However, it may take several business days to recover the user account. USER RESTRICTIONS: ANTI-CHEATING AND ANTI-COLLUSION

CONTENT
All content and material on the Portal including but not limited to information, images, marks, logos, designs, pictures, graphics, text content, hyperlinks, multimedia clips, animation, games and software (collectively referred to as "Content"), whether or not belonging to Taprummy, are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Additionally, all chat content, messages, images, recommendations, emails, images sent by any user can be logged/recorded by us and shall form part of Content and Taprummy is free to use this material in any manner whatsoever.The Portal may contain information about or hyperlinks to third parties. In such cases, we are not responsible in any manner and do not extend any express or implied warranty to the accuracy, integrity or quality of the content belonging to such third party websites or apps. If you rely on any third party Content posted on any website or app which does not belong to Taprummy, you may do so solely at your own risk and liability.If you visit any third party website or app through a third party Content posted on the Portal, you will be subject to terms and conditions applicable to such third party website or app. We neither control nor are responsible for content on such third-party websites or apps. LICENSE AGREEMENT & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

You acknowledge that all ownership, all copyrights and other intellectual property rights in the content belong to Taprummy or our licensors, and you have no right or other interest in any such item unless expressly stated in the terms.
